Accelerator of innovative projects animated by the Anact and the Fing, the Digital Transformer launches a new call for projects on the theme "Work and common, working together". The selected structures will benefit from support in order to integrate the quality of life at work into their project. File to be uploaded before May 22nd 2018 at 9am.
Portified by the digital revolution, the development of the notion of "commons" - i.e. the creation and preservation of resources managed by a community of individuals - is giving rise to new forms of pooling in the world of work: extended collaborations beyond the boundaries of the company, development of third spaces (fab-lab, coworking, etc.), pooling of resources, new licensing formats, etc.
Selected at the end of the call for projects, around fifteen actors sharing a common or producing under a common licence will be able to benefit from support in order to increase social innovation and quality of working life within their initiative. They will be supported by experts in labour, social relations and common from the Anact-Aract and Sharers & Workers networks, the Chronos Group, ASTREES and IRES.
The proposed support will notably enable them to make progress in terms of working and collaboration methods, regulation and supervision of their activity, governance and distribution of value, as well as networking of initiatives.

THE TRANSFORMER
Created in 2016 within the framework of the Digital Employment and Work Plan - NET -, the Digital Transformer is a device carried jointly by the Anact and the Fing, and supported by the PIA. This accelerator of innovative projects is aimed at SMEs, VSEs and SMEs, start-ups, the self-employed, local authorities, associations and the working population. It supports project leaders in the construction of new balances between digital transformation and quality of life at work. The meeting sessions - led by Anact's project managers, Aracts and partner experts - offer practical workshops and theoretical input to question and stimulate candidates in their potential for innovation and creativity. Applicants can propose projects of different maturities: initiatives in the process of creation or existing projects wishing to expand.
