Economie Circulaire: 18 new startups join the Paris&Co innovation platform

Following a call for applications launched in February to recruit the startups that will form the second promotion of the Paris&Co innovation platform "Economie Circulaire", 18 start-ups were selected and unveiled today at the Pavillon de l'Arsenal. They will be offered support: individual coaching, group workshops, negotiated offers and multiple interactions with corporate partners for effective cooperation.

The Paris Economic Development and Innovation Agency, Paris&Co, in partnership with Citeo, E.Leclerc, GRDF, La Poste Group, Unibail Rodamco, Veolia and the City of Paris, received no less than 172 applications to identify those who share a common vision and challenge: to move from a linear economy based on "produce, consume, throw away" to a circular economy that is low in natural resources.

Cocott'arium is a circular economy company that proposes, through its urban henhouses, to put hens in the city to recycle, educate and share.
 
 eGreen is an energy saving solution for housing and tertiary buildings through the monitoring of consumption and behavioural change via a gamified approach.
 
GebSolutions offers dehydrators that reduce 80% bio-waste to powder for less volume, less transport and less CO2 with regulatory recovery.
 
K-Ryole is a smart electric bicycle trailer. It allows you to transport up to 250 kg behind the bike without realising it.
 
INFOTRI is a new interactive and digital device designed for local authorities and operators, to optimize the awareness of residents to the sorting of packaging and bio-waste.
 
Little Panda is the dressing room for well-dressed children! The service that parents have been waiting for to buy pretty and durable clothes or to give a second life to their children's clothes.
 
Piipee has developed a biodegradable additive that replaces the flushing of urinals and toilets. With this solution, you replace 10 to 15 litres of water with just 1ml of additive.
 
PILI is the world leader in the production of biotech dyes and pigments using a patented fermentation technology. Its technology has the potential to replace the use of highly polluting heavy oil fractions used in the production of colours for textiles, plastics, coatings and inks.

Timea is a solution for the environmentally friendly collection and recycling of diffuse bio-waste. It assists restaurants, businesses and craftsmen in the management of their bio-waste (awareness of sorting, collection and delivery to the most suitable and nearby recovery service provider). 
 
Treenox is an independent digital marketplace for the purchase/sale of waste.
 
Tryon offers a standard, modular, industrial, automated and connected local methanisation solution to transform bio-waste into renewable energy, water and fertiliser.
 
Urban Resilience Platform improves the quality of waste management decisions (of major projects), using data mining and scenario models.
 
Zei is a social platform that uses emotional neuroscience drivers (including reward and gamification mechanisms) to motivate individuals to consume greener.
 
The selection work was carried out on the basis of a list of strategic operational issues in the circular economy, determined with the incubator partners:
- sustainable supply,
- eco-design,
- territorial ecology,
- economy of functionality,
- responsible consumption,
- extension of the useful life of goods,
- and waste management.
 
The winning startups will be integrated into the innovation platform for a period of one to two years.
