Director of Research in Agronomy at INRAE.
His work first focused on agriculture (crops, livestock) and the environment. He is currently working on the "agroecological transition of food systems". The challenge is to define systemic innovations for healthy and sustainable food, taking into account the finiteness of resources (land, phosphorus...), while reducing our impacts to cope with climate change and pandemics such as obesity and certain infectious diseases.
