Director of Research in Agronomy at INRAE.
His work first focused on agriculture (crops, livestock) and the environment. He is currently working on the "agroecological transition of food systems". The challenge is to define systemic innovations for healthy and sustainable food, taking into account the finiteness of resources (land, phosphorus...), while reducing our impacts to cope with climate change and pandemics such as obesity and certain infectious diseases.

How to propose an article?

Each proposed text is read collectively by the editorial committee, which reserves the right to check the information and to publish it. The title, the chapeau of the article as well as the headings are written by the editorial staff. The main illustration is defined by UP'.

The proposed articles present an original reflection on a question that sheds light on the current situation. The contents must be informed and scrupulously checked; the sources should preferably be identified by links. They are intended for a non-specialist audience, avoiding overly technical developments, and not being confined to specialist debates.

The desired length of the articles ranges from 5000 to 15000 characters.

Each new author provides a brief biographical note and a photograph.
