Journalists, authors and editorial contributors must take a critical look at information and echo the pluralism of opinions. They have the necessary means to rigorously carry out their mission, collecting and verifying information, independently of any external pressure. They shall refrain from manipulation and plagiarism, shall not relay rumours and shall avoid sensationalism, approximations and bias. They must avoid any link of interest with the actors of the sectors on which they write, and undertake to declare any conflict of interest.
The editorial independence of UP' Magazine from any shareholder or capital ties of advertisers, public, political, economic, ideological and religious authorities is the necessary condition for free and quality information. No article can be imposed on UP' Magazine, no orientation can be dictated by an external intervention or constraint.
UP' MAGAZINE is an Association Law 1901, registered in the National Directory of Associations under the n° W721006064. As such, it does not include any shareholders.
It is directed by Gérard Ayache, Director of Publication, and Fabienne Marion, Editor-in-Chief. The site, like all the attached brands, belongs to the association.
UP' Magazine is thus a structure free of any capital, financial or industrial dependence. Its economic model is based exclusively on the sale of subscriptions to its readers. The magazine does not sell advertising, personal data of its visitors or articles ordered by brands.
