Emmanuel Delannoy, a specialist in the link between business and biodiversity, is the author of " Permaeconomics "and" Economics explained to humans"
We are becoming more and more aware of our essential belonging to biodiversity. We are a species among others, subject to natural, biological risks that confront us with our banality in ecosystems. All living beings participate in the functioning of their ecosystem, all living beings are linked by the planetary system.
Thus, health risks, particularly those arising from zoonoses (a group of infectious diseases that are naturally transmitted from animals to humans) must be understood in a global manner, bringing together humans but also all animal and plant species, which make up our natural habitat.
After the success of the first event on February 26th, the cycle of Conferences-Actions of the Biodiversity Challenge continues, appointments to understand, be inspired and take action for biodiversity.
On April 27th, a central theme of the Challenge will be addressed: " Business and biodiversity: enemies or allies? »with a specialist in permaeconomics and a fun workshop to learn about these issues.
This initiative is part of the "Rendez-vous Biodiversité-Entreprises" of the French Office for Biodiversity, a series of high points to highlight the challenges, opportunities and actions in favour of biodiversity throughout the territory.
