::: 11/03 - The Chair of Philosophy at the Hospital organizes, within the framework of its seminar "Design with care - 2019-2020", a meeting with the geographer Michel Lussault on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, on the theme "Paying attention to territories".
The Ethics of Care (Winnicott, Gilligan, Tronto, etc.) have taught us the non-reducible dimension of care in the world of health. Caring" is a global gesture, which, when coupled with "design", takes the point of view of the "vulnerable" as a pillar of its conceptualization approach.
Since the birth of design (1870), it has not ceased to integrate into its practice the dimension of the chronic fragility of environments (individual, social, political, natural). The seminar "Design with care" develops the issues and methodologies related to the "proof of care" (Cynthia Fleury and Antoine Fenoglio), in different fields: nature, the city, the world of economy and business.
The "Design with care" seminar will continue in 2020, with one session per month until June.
