Zero waste, by Julie Bernier

Editions Solar, April 18, 2019 - 240 Pages

Ahe daily ecology manual is simple, practical and for everyone's use! From our consumption, through food, hygiene, leisure, school and office, for responsible individual action and committed to the collective.

Zero waste is a priority for the future of our planet. In addition to preserving resources, this eco-citizen approach allows us to improve our daily lives, have more time for ourselves, save money and take care of our health and the future of our children.
This daily ecology manual is there to accompany us in this process, by tackling together the source of the problem: waste and the waste it generates. This manual tracks our environmental footprint: at home, outside, in our family, professional, cultural and social life, from the kitchen to the garden, through our consumption, work, school and travel ...

In order to raise our awareness, he draws up a very visual inventory of fixtures which introduces each chapter in the form of datas. Thanks to its practical advice, tips, recipes and DIY cards, with clear information on how to consume better, this manual will enable us to engage in the benevolent and uncomplicated process of a zero gaspi, zero waste daily life. Small step by small step, from several focuses (The planet and our waste, Cooking and food, Hygiene and privacy, ... Leisure and social life, Collective actions).

An eco-citizen approach to help improve our daily lives, ensure our health and the future of all of us, by tackling together the source of the problem: waste, over-consumption and the waste they generate, while saving money.

This book is also a place of words open to very active actors of the movement: Nicolas Meyrieux (Youtube), Partager c'est sympa, Bas les pailles, Le zéro déchet c'est facile, La relève et la peste, Permavenir or the YouTube channel "Tout le monde s'en fout" are committed and share their experience to enrich us all together on the path to a zero waste tomorrow.

Julie Bernier is a passionate and persistent speaker, advisor and activist. She created the blog "Sortez Tout Vert" to make the transition to Zero Waste easier for everyone. Her signature? Educational and caring articles that offer the tools for a sustainable, sober and fulfilling life. Above all, it is guided by the will to make struggles and commitments converge, in order to protect the environment and the health of all. In this sense, it participates in the monthly program "Le JTTerre" sponsored by Elise Lucet and has lent a hand to the movement #onestprêt, which brings together more than 60 creators and influencers with the aim of highlighting citizen initiatives that can preserve the climate.
