Brand Ministry, a leading French start-up in consulting and social media technologies, today launches its Nuke Social Marketing platform, which aims to revolutionise the role of Community Managers within marketing departments.
The platform was designed to accelerate lʼintégration from Community Managers within the Marketing departments, in particular by allowing them to to manage for the brand:
- lʼensemble (Social) marketing functions: recruitment, qualification, animation, analytics, reporting and CRM
- On major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest)
- On all media: web, tablets and mobiles
This new feature will allow Community Managers to have more in-depth data on their communities, identifying the most active and influential fans and followers, and tracking the evolution of page engagement (and how it compares to the competition). These data collected will also allow to enrich the company's CRM databases by exporting the fan and follower databases collected.
In just a few clicks, the marketing manager will find a complete report in PDF format that he can present directly to his marketing director.
