Innovation Web to Store: Generix Group and Proximis launch the first integrated Click & Collect 100% 

Generix Group, a publisher of collaborative software for the retail ecosystem, and Proximis, the leading publisher of Web to Store solutions, have joined forces to offer a new generation of Click & Collect, the reservation service for in-store collections.

An alliance to develop cross-channel

Generix Group and Proximis have joined forces in order to offer their users the best Click & Collect solution to develop in-store sales from the internet and mobile phones.
From now on, users of the Generix Collaborative Customer (GCC) cross-channel sales & marketing animation platform will benefit from the latest Proximis cross-channel innovations integrated into Generix's tools.

Generally, web reservation services do not communicate well with in-store checkout systems. This is why the two publishers have invested in recent months to create a standard connector between their solutions, offering the consumer a unique in-store checkout experience for products booked online, and allowing the brand to accurately measure the additional sales (upsell) made in-store for each Internet user.

This integration is also intended to simplify the work of the seller, who thus has a single interface to manage all transactions, including those coming from the web.

A reliable view of the return on investment (ROI)

Calculating ROI accurately was until today the main pitfall of the Web to Store.
The availability of this joint offer of integrated Click and Collect 100% offers new possibilities, such as :
- Improvement of processing productivity (cost rationalization)
- Web to Store behavioural analysis (impact of digital on the physical)
