In order to buy smart and make life easier, the City of Sceaux, the Union des commerçants et artisans de Sceaux, the CCI Hauts-de-Seine, in partnership with the La Poste Group, are launching the Conciergerie numérique (digital concierge service). September 19th at the town hall in Sceaux.
With a view to boosting local commerce and adapting to new consumer habits based on dematerialization, the CCI Hauts-de-Seine, the City of Sceaux and the Union des commerçants et artisans de Sceaux (UCAS) are launching the Sceaux Shopping digital concierge service, a shared online sales platform.
"My groceries when I want, how I want."
Two objectives: to make it easier for consumers to buy and to boost Sceaux' business activity. Online sales, complementary to in-store sales, are an essential support today to facilitate customer purchases, optimize services and advice to consumers, and consequently improve sales for retailers and craftsmen.
270 merchants, craftsmen and services can join this local digital concierge service. The golden rules of commerce are applied with the signature of a quality charter for e-commerce and sustainable development.
For the consumer, it is a real opportunity to discover many brands and promotions, without having to travel. In just a few clicks, they can make their purchases in different shops in the city with a single secure payment. It is therefore an easy and secure process!
In addition, a newsletter informs them of the various events to follow and the offers they can benefit from.
Two modes of delivery are proposed on the site:
- the click & collect (you order, and collect from the shop without waiting within its opening hours),
- automated deposit delivery (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), at the exit of the Robinson RER station (line B), the Cityssimo depository of the La Poste group on the public domain.
In 2014, two new modes of delivery will be offered. Delivery at "relay points" spread over the different shopping districts of the city, which will have a longer delivery time than a traditional shop, and home delivery in a clean vehicle.
The launch will therefore take place on 19 September 2013 at 11am at the Sceaux town hall, 122 rue Houdan, under the high patronage of Sylvia Pinel, Minister of Handicrafts, Trade and Tourism, in the presence of Philippe Laurent, Mayor of Sceaux, President of Paris Métropole, Jean-Yves Durance, President of the CCI des Hauts-de-Seine and Paul-Marie Chavanne, Deputy Managing Director of La Poste Group, Director of Parcels and President of Geopost.
