The CNIL and Inria awarded the 2019 prize for the protection of privacy to a European research team at the 13th International Computers, Privacy and Data Protection (CPDP) conference on 22 January. Julien Gamba, Mohammed Rashed, Abbas Razaghpanah, Juan Tapiador and Narseo Vallina-Rodriguez presented the award.

How to propose an article?

Each proposed text is read collectively by the editorial committee, which reserves the right to check the information and to publish it. UP' Magazine takes particular care in the editing of the texts; the editorial committee and secretariat may be led to ask for additions, to propose rewordings or clarifications. The title, the chapeau of the article as well as the headings are written by the editorial staff. The main illustration is defined by UP'.

The proposed articles present an original reflection on a question that sheds light on the current situation. The contents must be informed and scrupulously checked; the sources should preferably be identified by links. They are intended for a non-specialist audience, avoiding overly technical developments, and not being confined to specialist debates.

The desired length of the articles ranges from 5000 to 15000 characters.

Each new author provides a brief biographical note and a photograph.
