First we drink the coffee, and then we eat the cup!
Cookie Cup is an edible coffee cup designed by the designer Enrique Luis Sardi in collaboration with the Lavazza Training Centre and Cataldo Parisi, head chef of the pastry laboratory at San Tommaso 10.
Cookie Cup is the result of applied research activities in the field of food design: here, everything revolves around coffee and its cup, since after tasting the black beverage, one can also enjoy the cup.
The latter is made of sand paste covered with a special insulating glaze to waterproof the cup and allow its use, but also its tasting as the glaze also enhances the taste of the shortbread. In the end, we drink and eat, "coffee and cupcake" becoming one!
