What information is relevant, for which actors and for what purpose? Minutes of the discussion meeting of 28 April 2014 in Paris organised by the NanoRESP Forum.

Anano-materials are being used in more and more building components. Is sufficient information available on packaging, in product data sheets and safety data sheets concerning potential risks and conditions of implementation, use and destruction? What improvements could be made in the transmission of information to building professionals throughout the production and distribution chain of construction products? What information is needed, for which users?

How to propose an article?

Each proposed text is read collectively by the editorial committee, which reserves the right to check the information and to publish it. UP' Magazine takes particular care in the editing of the texts; the editorial committee and secretariat may be led to ask for additions, to propose rewordings or clarifications. The title, the chapeau of the article as well as the headings are written by the editorial staff. The main illustration is defined by UP'.

The proposed articles present an original reflection on a question that sheds light on the current situation. The contents must be informed and scrupulously checked; the sources should preferably be identified by links. They are intended for a non-specialist audience, avoiding overly technical developments, and not being confined to specialist debates.

The desired length of the articles ranges from 5000 to 15000 characters.

Each new author provides a brief biographical note and a photograph.
