Strategy and growth leverage for organizations
Xavier PAVIE - Edition Eyrolles January 2012 - 168 P
In his new book, Xavier Pavie offers an analysis of what innovation-responsibility is all about. After defining the concept, he dissects its operational implications and provides concrete case analyses. He demonstrates the link between innovation-responsibility and performance. For far from imagining a responsibility that would constrain innovation, it is possible on the contrary to prove that integrating responsibility into innovation makes it possible to increase performance in a sustainable way. Finally, the fourth and last chapter gives the keys, the ways of implementing innovation-responsibility in organizations, in order to articulate a culture of innovation and a culture of responsibility.
This book is aimed more particularly at executives and managers.
"Synonymous with changes, evolutions, modifications, innovation has always been, observed from afar, like an animal that one seeks to tame, with both an attitude of attraction and mistrust. Innovative companies are well aware of this learning phenomenon that takes place when launching new products on a market to avoid rejection".
