About the Author
Patrice Zana is a consultant in sustainable development for large groups; he is a professor at ENSIATE (Masters in sustainable development). Author of numerous books as well as several newsletters (Innovation, News la Terre), ludologist designer (more than 200 games created, including a game on sustainable development, "La grenouille de l'environnement") and original artist, Patrice Zana combines creativity and passion for words to tackle the most complex subjects with enthusiasm and didactic concern. At Alternatives, he published Iso 9000 les normes en jeu (1996).
