Former territorial executive, graduate of the Hautes Etudes en pratiques sociales (High Studies in Social Practices)Patrick Norynberg is now a teacher-trainer and public policy consultant. An essayist on the city, democracy, citizenship, social and territorial development and the power to act, he teaches at university and in many schools of territorial, public and political management.
In 2017, he became a guarantor on the National Commission for Public Debate. Since 2018, he has been vice-president and national coordinator of the citizen participation approach for the association Empreintes Citoyennes, which today promotes the "Villages and Citizen Cities" label.
