A subscription, regardless of its duration (weekly, monthly or annual) gives the subscriber unlimited, uninterrupted access to all published articles. It also confers advantages that are regularly posted on the site. Finally, subscribers benefit from ad-free reading of the pages.
To subscribe, simply choose the formula  that suits you best and proceed with the secure payment of your subscription.
Subscribers and the community of registered readers of UP' are managed internally by UP' Magazine. Financial transactions (payments, automatic renewals) are operated by our partner platform Stripe, which ensures maximum security of operations.
In order to avoid any interruption in your service, subscriptions are automatically renewed, regardless of their duration. You can interrupt this renewal at any time by going to your personal space. MY ACCOUNT.
Just go to your personal space MY ACCOUNTÂ The amount debited will then be automatically credited back to your credit card account.
The price of your subscription does not change during the entire subscription period.
However, the amount of your subscription may be revised according to the rate in effect at the time of renewal, in which case an information e-mail will be sent to you before the expiry date.
As a student, you benefit from a discount of 30 % on all our subscription rates, regardless of their duration.
To take advantage of these rates and receive your personal discount code, you must send us a photocopy of your student card or school certificate by e-mail to the following address abonnements@up-magazine.info
A personal discount code may be communicated to you by UP' Magazine during a promotional operation or to give you a particular advantage. This code must be entered at the time of payment of your subscription. The discount will then be automatically displayed and deducted from your amount to be paid.
When you subscribe to UP' Magazine, a personal management space is automatically opened for you, which you can access at any time by following this link. MY ACCOUNT.
On this personal space you can manage your bank details, change your password if necessary, extend a subscription, renew it or on the contrary interrupt it.
To cancel your subscription, simply go to your personal space MY ACCOUNTÂ and click on the link Cancel located at the bottom of the account details section.
To change your bank details, simply go to your personal space MY ACCOUNTÂ and follow the "Update my payment information" link located in the "Subscriptions" section.
With each subscription payment, you will automatically receive a transaction receipt.
You can also request an invoice by sending an e-mail to Subscription service by specifying your subscriber ID (your login email) as well as your billing information (name, company, address, etc.) You will then receive your invoice by email within 48 hours.
There are two main reasons for this incident:
1- You have erased your cookies on your browser. We can no longer recognize you automatically. You just have to re-identify yourself by clicking on the button LOGINÂ which is located in the main menu bar of the site or by following the link " ALREADY SUBSCRIBE, I IDENTIFY MYSELF " located at the bottom of the subscription prompt popup, where you will enter the username and password that was sent to you by e-mail when you subscribed.
2- The subscription period that you subscribed to has expired and/or we were unable to proceed with the automatic renewal of your subscription due to a problem with your credit card. To continue reading UP' Magazine on an unlimited basis, you will need to modify your bank details in the space provided. MY ACCOUNT or re-subscribe by choosing the formula that suits you best.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgot password" link located on the login page and you will be prompted to enter your email address and will be emailed instructions on how to create a new password.
If you wish to change your password, just go to your personal space MY ACCOUNTÂ and follow the "Update" link located in the "Account Details" section and you will be prompted to enter your new password.
You can settle your outstanding balance directly from your account by changing your payment details. Access to your subscriber edition will be restored as soon as your outstanding balance has been settled.
Financial transactions (payments, automatic renewals) are operated by our partner platform Stripe, which ensures maximum security of operations.
During payment, you are connected to authorization servers designed to validate the data provided to prevent fraud. To do this, the server uses an encrypted mode and all information is encrypted (SSL protocol), effectively prohibiting any propagation of information in clear text on the Web.
All transactions are made in Euros and the amounts are always net, displayed with all taxes included.

You can pay for your annual subscription by bank transfer. Other subscription packages (weekly or monthly) can only be paid by credit card online.
To make your payment by bank transfer, please send an email to our Subscription service by telling us your name, first name, e-mail and the subscription formula you wish to pay.
We will immediately provide you with the bank details to make your transfer and as soon as we receive it, you will receive the access codes linked to your subscription.
