Here is the coat connected Gémo with My Little Beacon ! The clothing retailer Gémo sells in store and on the Internet a jacket for children from 3 to 10 years old integrating a GPS geolocation beacon. Parents will be able to follow their children remotely via their smartphone.

Gemo specifies that this device "will reassure parents on their children's journey, when they go to school, play sports, or when they go on outings or are invited to a birthday party". The aim of this product is to "follow the position of the children without bothering them or making them feel like they are being watched".
Of course there will be little males who will take down their beacons, fix it on their friends, on their school teacher or on a street lamp ... It might be funny !

This GPS jacket includes a system called My Little BeaconThe company has also won an award in the SFR Jeunes Talents Start Up competition. The technology is not new: the idea is to propose a tracking method using a beacon attached to the jacket.

Gémo beacon coat: the garment is sold for 99 euros, which is the price of the beacon alone, plus a six-month subscription to the service included.

Because to use My Little Beacon, Parents must pay 4.90 euros per month, without obligation. The rate rises to 89 euros for two years of subscription. This is the price to pay for always knowing where your child is, or at least the beacon, which is easily attached to and detached from the clothing or accessory to which it is attached.
