In the face of the terrible events we are living through, we must provide our societies with the means not to suffer the future but to create it. We must mobilise them all. Indeed, creating the future does not mean neglecting the conventional means which remain indispensable: the arsenal of weapons, the weapons of war, the weapons of peace, the weapons of war.
