How's your health for tomorrow?

"What health for tomorrow? When the digital revolution revolutionizes medicine". This book, produced on the initiative and by the members of the Collectif Santé Numérique (Digital Health Collective), offers both an inventory and a presentation of best practices in these fields, as well as ideas for concrete measures to accelerate the penetration of digital technology in health and to make (at last!) the healthcare pathway intelligent.

Synox Group, the Internet specialist in e-health objects and references, has joined the Santé Numérique collective, under the direction of Jacques Marceau. (1)to contribute to the birth of a book on digital health, published on 18 September by Gallimard.

Emmanuel Mouton, President of Synox Group, unveils his vision on new technologies and their uses in the health sector and explains that through connected objects, telemedicine, therapeutic coaching and other data protection and Big Data, the revolution is beautiful and well underway. A fascinating subject, all aspects of which are scrutinized to enlighten and raise the reader's awareness.

While digital technology is everywhere, irrigates everything, and makes an ever-increasing number of everyday objects "intelligent", health still escapes this logic. However, the multiplication of health information systems, connected medical devices and the widespread use of the mobile Internet tend to give the patient a role that he or she has never had before: that of an actor in his or her own health.

It's all there: the technologies and services, the economic players with operational offers, not forgetting the expectations, even impatience, of patients and professionals, all supported by a seemingly unfailing political will.

The explanation for this endemic delay lies in many factors: inappropriate legal and regulatory framework, organization of medical practice into increasingly segmented specialties.
This book offers an inventory, a presentation of good practices in these areas, but also concrete measures that would accelerate the penetration of digital health care and (finally!) make the care pathway intelligent.
