The KlubTerre participative forum took place at the end of September: a three-day breathing space to give time, energy, but also financial means to allow the emergence of shared projects, actions and dreams. A sort of laboratory of collective intelligence where we give ourselves the means to go from dream to form and then to realization. It is also the awareness that to succeed in "acting together", each of us must live and share values of cooperation, develop a real quality of listening to oneself and to others.
KlubTerre: What is it all about?
Citizens who take their destiny into their own hands and give generously of their time, energy and money to help projects emerge and allow them to move from dream to action and transformation. (1). It is a citizen investment fund in which volunteers are committed to making people experience the values they support. It is also a Collective Intelligence laboratory that deploys the conditions to facilitate the emergence of projects and the support of project leaders.
KlubTerre makes us aware that in order to succeed in "acting together", each of us must bring to life and share the values of cooperation, and develop a real ability to listen to ourselves and to others. If 5,000 of us, you, decide to pay €10, €20, €30 every month after one year, the sums collected will be in the order of €600,000 to €1,000,000.
Finally, it is to be amazed by the richness of initiatives, the density of life stories which are translated into projects at the service of the common good, the welcome of diversity and the singularity of each person.
Each volunteer has a privileged place there which he or she puts at the service of citizen projects.
The Participatory Forum and the election of projects
On 19, 20 and 21 September, a participatory forum organised by Klub-Terre Agir ensemble was held in Les Amanins for citizens, associations, artisans of change, actors of the transition... Everyone was invited to share a moment of collective intelligence, convivial and festive.
On the programme of this event, the presentation of eight innovative citizen projects in the fields of the environment, education, art, agriculture, energy, social issues, international solidarity, etc. Following a collective vote (weighted vote based on criteria of wealth, etc.), the participants will be able to vote on the following topics: the environment, education, art, agriculture, energy, social issues and international solidarity. (2) ), three of these projects will be funded by donations.
Without forgetting interventions on the theme of transition, donation, cooperation and participatory democracy (municipality of Saillans, France). (3) ); festive and collaborative workshops: disco soup, mandala creation, cooperative games, music, dancing and singing... and delicious local and organic products.

What can we learn from these days?
The manifestation of real solidarity in action, everyone was present in support, actor of the process. Conviviality and fluidity of relationships. A Collective Intelligence at the service of citizens, project leaders, and the realization of projects. The variety of projects and commitments. A quality of being and presence of each person that makes the difference. A team of volunteers at the service of the project which made the days exciting, dynamic, festive and effective.
The societal innovation which passes through the link, the creativity and the audacity to undertake and the generosity to give.

The eight selected projects:
The Garden of Verrines a nursery of autonomy (Deux-Sèvres). The most remarkable thing was beyond the very beautiful project presented, the generosity of its initiator, Gérard Dermetez who wishes to install a young person in agro-biology from the donation. He shared his prize with the other project leaders so that they would have more resources.
Terra Parkia : Nérés tree plantations in the Sahel (bringing the country out of desertification, replanting a forest, bringing whole territories back to life from an exceptional tree, the country's heritage and sacred tree.
Hope Chiapas : revaluation of traditional medicine au Mexico. Thanks to a health cooperative (supported by Médecins du Monde and the Red Cross), the aim is to develop local care based on traditional wisdom. Each health centre (today 7 micro-clinics) would have its own medicinal plant garden to produce its own medicines locally.
Alter Tips : adopt eco-gestures on a daily basis to make them real and applied (Lyon), learn to act on a daily basis to make ecology concrete and applied.
Happylab the happiness laboratory (France) : collecting and disseminating expertise and experiences of happiness, creating events to share happiness.
