Within the framework of the territorial reform announced by the President of the Republic On January 14, and by the Prime Minister in his general policy speech, the territorial reform is declined in two texts: the bill NOTRE carried by Marylise Lebranchu on the competences "Who takes care of my daily life, and where? To explain this reform and as the "activist of public action" that it carries, the Minister of Decentralization and Civil Service has notably launched the #NOTREFRANCE tour.
A few days after the launch of her #NOTReFRANCE tour of territories on the move, Marylise Lebranchu wanted to create a digital tool for citizen participation, to make a success of the territorial reform: the mobile application NOTReFRANCE, set up by the Jouve Group, offers citizens a reflection on "their" territory: "Brand / Name / Test > Your territory".
The #NOTReFrance application is available on IOS and Androïd since August 29, 2014. It invites everyone to think about "his" territory: Brand / Name / Test your territory.
"Name" your territory: in order to appropriate the contours of the 13 new regions and suggest names for them.
"Mark" your territory: to draw a map of your catchment area and understand the challenge of strengthening intermunicipal cooperation.
"Test" your territory: to test your knowledge of the competences of local authorities and understand the reform proposed by the Government.
