Pioneer for 21 years in providing information, testimonials and advice to its partners through the magazine Service Bière, Heineken Entreprise proves, with its desire to make smartphones + tablets + paper edition interact, its vocation to make firsts:
- Launch of the mobile application "SB Play" intended only for the professionals of the CHR and including testimonials (in videos and slide shows) of bar owners,
- introduction of augmented reality technology to allow Service Bière readers to view the application's videos from photos in the print magazine,
- temporary adoption of an event-driven format to the paper magazine in order to appreciate the panoramic pages.
Designed to maintain the group's relationship of trust with the profession, Service Bière has established itself as the leading magazine of the profession in terms of audience. With a quarterly circulation of 45,500 copies, it owes its success to its positioning based on the sharing of experiences "bosses talk to bosses". A positioning further enhanced by digital technology, whose influence will be increased in the coming months with the aim of strengthening the magazine's role as a lever for Heineken Entreprise's relationship marketing.
