We are living a neo-RenaiSens, a moment as radical as the transition from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. However, as in the past, it is a transition and obviously, being contemporaries of this intermediate phase, we can see as much the signs of the decomposition of a model as those of the emergence of a new one. As the recipes of the past no longer work, we have to find new business models, new ways of working together, innovating, imagining, recomposing and drawing inspiration from new sources in order to co-create the next model.

We need to carry out a fundamental metamorphosis and the Workshops on Transformation are here to offer you the keys to undertake the transformations imposed by repeated crises.

On 15 November, the book "Appropriating the Keys to Change" was published: we wanted to give as complete an overview as possible in order to give an account of the causes of this change, to explain the workings of the transformation and also to highlight a variety of concrete approaches and solutions that work. This was done through the various testimonials of operational staff who are concretely involved in the transformation. You will find the drivers of innovation that will enable the evolution of a declining model of society towards an emerging one that is real, concrete, profitable, efficient and sustainable.

The book will be given to the participants of the Les Ateliers de la Mutation day on November 15 at the Entrepôt in Paris.
