The title, the chapeau of the article as well as the headings are written by the editorial staff. The main illustration is defined by UP'.

The proposed articles present an original reflection on a question that sheds light on the current situation. The contents must be informed and scrupulously checked; the sources should preferably be identified by links. They are intended for a non-specialist audience, avoiding overly technical developments, and not being confined to specialist debates.

The desired length of the articles ranges from 5000 to 15000 characters.

Each new author provides a brief biographical note and a photograph.
